Return Policy

At NovaNest Creations, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Customized, personalized, clearance, or final sale items are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return Process

To request a return:

Contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the 35% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
